TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Returns and Credit.

All books leave us in perfect condition and are well packed. However, If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it for credit. The returned item must be received by us within 30 days of the date you received it. Returned books must be in resalable condition, so please pack the product(s) extremely well. Use the packing material it was shipped to you in, if you still have it. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please ship via a tracked or insured method; we are not responsible for returns lost on the way back to us. We’ll issue a credit to you for the amount you paid for the product(s). You will not receive credit for the original cost of shipping. If you receive a damaged book or have any other problems with any purchase please contact us at info@knockabout.com within 14 days of receipt. We will always replace a damaged item if it is in stock or give you a full refund.

2. Payment.

All PayPal receipts are processed immediately. If you pay by cheque or money order please allow another 7 days for the funds to clear before we can despatch your purchases.

3. We can only offer free shipping discounts within the UK to customers purchasing 3 or more items. Shipments to addresses outside the UK are sent at cost. Overseas customers ordering 3 or more items get a 25% discount on the shipping cost.

4. Privacy Policy.

Your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email address are collected on our checkout page. We use this info to process and ship your order. If you email us through our contact form, we will use your name and email address to reply to your message. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

5. Links.

There are links on our site to other Web sites that might interest you. We encourage these sites to follow appropriate privacy standards and policies, but we are in no way responsible for the privacy policies, content, products, or services offered on their Web sites.
